Itemized Bills:
All patients will receive an easy to understand, all-inclusive bill for services provided at the center. Patients will receive itemized bills from other providers who provide services in the surgery center as part of the patient care.
AHCA Pricing Information:
Service bundle information is a non-personalized estimate of costs that may be incurred by the patient for anticipated services and actual costs will be based on services performed.

Charity Care:
Bradenton Surgery Center does not participate in any charity care but is committed to providing quality care to all patients. There are financing options available to assist with the payment of your care.
Self- Pay/Uninsured Patients:
We also welcome self-pay and uninsured patients. Bradenton Surgery Center offers financing options through www.carecredit.com and accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks or cash.
Collection Procedures:
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file an insurance claim on their behalf to their insurance plan. Patients are expected to respond to their insurance plan’s request for information in a timely manner to minimize processing delays with their claim.
It is expected that financial obligations will be paid within 30 days of billing and receiving explanation of benefits of any unpaid patient balance responsibility. Any unpaid claims by the payer may result in the outstanding balance being transferred to the patient for collection.
The center will attempt to reach a patient by any method available to us to secure payment on the outstanding balance utilizing internal and external resources. If the account becomes delinquent it will be placed with an attorney or collection agency and their fees and expenses will become the obligation of the patient.
Cancellation Policy:
There is a $125.00 cancellation fee for not showing up for your scheduled procedure. There is a $75.00 cancellation fee for cancelling your procedure after 5:00 pm the business day before your scheduled procedure
