If you do not respond to the text message, you will receive a phone call 3 days prior to your appointment with the following message:
“Hello. This is {loginname}, calling to remind, {multi}, with, {provider}, on {apptdt}, at {address}, in {city}. Please arrive on time, and refer to the Pre-procedure instructions at, Bradenton Surgery Center, dot com, under Prep. Or, call 941-792-9685, to speak with a nurse. Please remember to bring any updated insurance information, photo ID, copayment, and a list of current medications.”
